About Your Consultation
First-Time Consultation: 45–60 minutes. Follow-Up: 30 minutes. Urgent Care: 15–20 minutes (limited availability).
All consultations are conducted online via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. You will receive a secure link by email.
Yes. All consultations are 100% private and confidential. We adhere to strict medical ethics and data protection policies. Your personal health information is never shared with third parties.
Consultations are exclusively in English. If you require assistance in another language, please arrange for a trusted translator to be present.
Payments and Policies
International (GBP): First consultation £150 • Follow-up £75 • Urgent care £50.
India (INR): First consultation ₹5,000 • Follow-up ₹1,500 • Urgent care ₹1,000.
No refunds are provided once a consultation is booked. Please reschedule at least 48 hours in advance if needed. Missed appointments are non-refundable.
No. The consultation fee covers the appointment and prescription only. Medicines must be purchased separately. We will guide you on where to source your remedies.
Treatment & Follow-ups

Acute conditions (coughs, fevers, allergies): Improvement within hours or days. Chronic conditions: Weeks or months, depending on severity. Every patient responds differently. Our goal is lasting recovery.
Yes. Homoeopathy is safe for all ages, including infants, children, and pregnant women. Our remedies are gentle, non-toxic, and free from harmful chemicals.
Emergencies
No. Homoeopathy is not for medical emergencies. If you are in an urgent health crisis, please seek immediate medical attention at a hospital. Emergency situations include: severe allergic reactions, difficulty breathing, chest pain, loss of consciousness, uncontrolled bleeding, or suspected stroke. Homoeopathy may be used as supportive therapy after emergency treatment.
