4. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are booked through our online scheduling system. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee at the practitioner's discretion.

5. Fees & Payment

Consultation fees are as quoted at the time of booking. Payment is due at or before the time of consultation unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via the methods specified on our booking platform.
